About the Role:

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a proactive Office All Rounder to join our Head Office team in Roselands. Reporting directly to Senior Management, you will play a key role in supporting various departments across the business. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Entry of accounts payable invoices
• Raising purchase orders
• Reconciliation of invoices/statements
• Accurate processing and data entry of up to 150 invoices daily.
• Attending to internal/external account enquiries
• Developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to address trade related inquiries
• Involvement in the end of month processes
• Use of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular a focus on Word and Excel, including input of data and management of data.
