Innovo Electrical & Solar is expanding, and we’re looking for reliable, hard‑working Solar Roof Installers to join our growing team. If you enjoy hands‑on work, being outdoors, and working with a crew that actually supports each other, this is a strong long‑term opportunity.

We’re seeking someone experienced, confident on roofs, and committed to delivering high‑quality solar installations. Whether your background is in solar, roofing, construction, or another trade, we’ll provide the training, tools, and support you need to build a solid long‑term career in the renewable energy industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work across residential and commercial sites installing solar mounting systems, panels, and assisting electricians with system builds. You’ll be part of a team delivering high‑quality installations for Innovo’s growing customer base.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Installing rooftop racking and solar panels

• Assisting licensed electricians with solar system installations

• Setting up and maintaining safe work areas

• Representing Innovo Electrical & Solar professionally onsite

• Working efficiently as part of a supportive, tight‑knit crew

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Solar or Roofing (required)

• Comfortable working at heights

• White Card & Working at Heights (or willingness to obtain — we’ll support you)

• Strong work ethic and team mindset

• Physically capable and safety‑focused
