BIC Consolidated is a leading provider of cleaning services across Australia. We're currently seeking dedicated and reliable Part-Time and Full-Time Cleaners to join our growing Cleaning Team across Retail and Commercial sites in Adelaide, SA.

About the Role

You will play a key role in maintaining clean, safe and welcoming retail and commercial environments for customers, staff and visitors. Our cleaners ensure each site consistently meets high presentation and hygiene standards that reflect our clients’ brand image.

Hours: Part-Time and Full-Time positions available. Monday to Sunday shifts available, with flexible rosters across morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts.

Duties include:

• Cleaning and maintaining retail areas, commercial offices, entrances, walkways, amenities, staff areas and common spaces

• Performing routine cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting and waste removal

• Cleaning and sanitising toilets, washrooms, kitchens, lunchrooms and parent rooms where applicable

• Cleaning food courts, dining areas, office kitchens or other high-traffic areas where required

• Cleaning glass, windows, doors, mirrors and other surfaces to maintain a polished presentation

• Responding promptly to spills and other cleaning requirements throughout the site

• Replenishing consumables and ensuring supplies are fully stocked

• Emptying bins and separating waste in accordance with site procedures

• Reporting maintenance, security or safety concerns promptly to the supervisor or site manager

• Ensuring cleaning equipment is used, stored and maintained correctly

• Following cleaning schedules, safety requirements and site-specific procedures to ensure consistent service delivery

Our cleaners are the face of BIC Consolidated and play a pivotal role in delivering the service commitment we have made to our clients.

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Be an Australian Citizen

• Have no criminal record and be able to obtain and maintain a valid Police Check

• Be available to work flexible Part-Time or Full-Time hours, with additional hours available as required

• Be available to commence as soon as possible

• Have strong time-management skills and attention to detail

• Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Maintain a professional standard of presentation

• Have a reliable, flexible and adaptable approach

• Have a good command of the English language

• Be able to provide a Police Clearance Certificate, Tax File Number and superannuation details

• Have previous retail and/or commercial cleaning experience, which is preferred
