Clinic Administration and Medical Screener

The Role 
We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic individual to join our Brisbane clinic, on a part time or casual basis. You will provide exceptional administration and client support as well as assist with medical screening.  

Responsibilities include: 

• Assisting in the day to day running of the clinic 

• Reception and administration duties 

• Processing medical bookings 

• Conducting preliminary medical assessments 

• Specimen collection (including the supervision of Drug and Alcohol testing) * Please note full training is provided. 

About you: 

You will have: 

• Previous medical/ clinical experience and/or administration experience, preferably within the healthcare sector 

• AHPRA registration is advantageous, but not mandatory

• Excellent organisation and time management skills with great attention to detail 

• The ability to work autonomously, or in a team environment where required 

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group 

• Can-do and proactive attitude 

• The ability to be flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the business
