About the opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic, people-first Operations Manager to lead our high-volume food manufacturing facility. You will oversee both the Production and Warehouse departments, driving operational excellence from raw materials to finished goods. In this senior leadership role, you will drive operational excellence through your team, optimising production operations, with exceptional people management. We need an engaging leader who can motivate staff, champion rigorous food safety compliance, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Business, or a related discipline.
5+ years of senior operations management experience within a high-volume food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Strong background applying Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement frameworks.
Outstanding communication, conflict resolution, and change-management capabilities
