Cert 10 Weld Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Cert 10 Weld Supervisor to join our team for an exciting and critical hydro power station outage project. This is a pivotal role where you will drive a quality-first mindset and support the smooth delivery of the shutdown works.

Your Responsibilities

As a Cert 10 Welding Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Driving a quality culture for the project by promoting "Get It Right the First Time" principles.Performing inspections and ensuring the completion of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).Providing active QA monitoring and quality assurance support to project teams.Maintaining quality records and providing administrative support for QA documentation, ensuring knowledge capture.Assisting with traceability efforts and managing punch lists to track outstanding items or defects.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

A trade qualificationAS1976 Cert 10 Welding Supervisor CertificatePrevious experience in Welding Supervisor role in industrial, power station, or shutdown environments.Strong technical knowledge of inspection processes and compliance with ITPs.Exceptional skills in quality documentation management and traceability.The ability to work under pressure and tackle fast-paced, critical project milestones.
