What this opportunity involves:
The Workplace Coordinator will be responsible for supporting workplace operations and coordinating various services at a client site. This individual will work closely with property management, onsite vendors, and various internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient workplace environment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities include:
Support workplace operations, including reception, mailroom, facilities, and janitorial dutiesImplement workplace programming and services locally, aligning with the client's needsLiaise with property management, local client employees, and onsite vendors to ensure smooth operationsCollaborate with physical security, health and safety, events, food, and IT teams to support onsite operationsTake ownership of workplace quality, ensuring tidiness and cleanliness throughout the office spaceOversee and manage the workplace work order management system and internal customer supportCoordinate logistics for events and meetings, ensuring everything runs smoothlyAssist with procurement and organization of supplies, including office supplies and swagServe as an extension of multiple client teams for special projects as neededManage documentation and processes related to workplace coordination

Experience in reception, mailroom, facilities, janitorial, or related rolesKnowledge of workplace work order management systems and internal customer supportFamiliarity with procurement and organization of office suppliesWillingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and various stakeholdersAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively address issues as they ariseExcellent time management skills and the ability to work independently and proactivelyPrevious experience in facilities management or workplace coordinationFamiliarity with workplace programming and services implementationStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levelsProven ability to oversee the quality and cleanliness of a large office spaceProficiency in common business software programs such as Mac, Google Suite, and Slack
