The Opportunity:

We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Spare Parts Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join OEM that genuinely cares for its staff and customers. Reporting to Branch Manager, the role will see you lead the team who interpret, process and support customer spare parts requirements. Your leadership, strong customer service and problem-solving skills will allow you to excel in this role. You will leverage on a variety of communication tools and techniques to ensure prompt turnaround to spare parts inquiries and orders. As a Parts Supervisor at Komatsu Forklifts you'll be supported not just professionally but personally too. We also provide a phone and uniforms/PPE for you. Roster: Monday to Friday Location: Perth branch

Key Responsibilities include:

• Compile quotes for the service department and external customers
• Prepare customer invoices and external and internal sales and data entry into parts computer
• Review market competitiveness of our parts and discuss discounts for volume customers
• Arrange courier pick-ups and deliveries
• Control all stock replenishments for the warehouse and field service vans
• Prepare and dispatch inter branch stock transfer requests
• Assist Field Service and Workshop technicians in locating and ordering parts for breakdown repairs
• Process and prepare all parts required for Workshop Sales and Hire Preps
• Process daily paperwork including booking out parts collected for jobs and all completed incoming part orders
• Raise Purchase orders and Goods receipt and update stock purchased
• Identify problems relating to the product and process and make recommendations
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with EEO practices and procedures

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities we're Looking For:

• Experience in a similar role within automotive/light vehicle industry
• Passion for leadership and mentoring people to be the best they can be
• Customer focused and the ability to liaise with internal and external customers
• Experience in inventory control and warehouse systems
• Understanding of Parts Sales & supply chain activities
• Strong communication skills - verbal and written
• Competent in Microsoft Office
• Current driver's licence and Forklift ticket
