Sales Representative

AHS Group is a well-established, family-owned business and the NSW dealer for Kubota and Case Construction Equipment. We supply premium machinery to the construction and agricultural sectors through a strong dealer network.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated Sales representative to join our team. In this role you will be based at our branch located in Queanbeyan, You will utilise your exceptional customer service skills to deliver quality service to our internal and external customers. As a Sale Representative you will be responsible for the whole process with the customer from generating the lead, contacting the customer and the final handover when delivering the product to the customer – an end to end service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing new business

• Identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities within surrounding areas.

• Achieve sales targets in line with AHS Group market share and profit objectives

• Attend industry trade shows

• Maintain and develop existing customer relationships

• Keeping informed of competitor activities, market trends and product pricing.          

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE 

• Understanding and knowledge of farm machinery

• Knowledge of farming practices surrounding Bathurst area

• Proven experience in a similar role within the agricultural equipment sector, construction equipment sector, farm supplies or power equipment will be highly regarded.

• Current and valid drivers’ licence

• Well organised and driven

• Strong computer skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Self-starter

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Forklift licence (advantage)

• Be punctual and reliable

• Currently have the right to work in Australia

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
