Weβre looking for a driven Medical Information Manager to lead project delivery, manage a high-performing MI team, and provide exceptional client service across our growing Medical Information portfolio.
π About the RoleIn this leadership role, you will oversee the operational and strategic management of your assigned Medical Information project portfolio. You will:Lead and coordinate Medical Information project teams to ensure timely, accurate, compliant delivery of client servicesAct as the primary liaison for clients β managing expectations, providing scientific and strategic guidance, and ensuring ongoing satisfactionOversee the full lifecycle of client projects, including scoping, proposals, resourcing, execution, reporting, and follow-upMentor, supervise, and develop MI Associates and Junior Associates, fostering a high-performance team culture Ensure all medical inquiries are handled with accuracy, scientific rigor, and alignment with client SOPs, regulatory requirements, and industry standardsMaintain and enhance MI knowledge assets, including standard response documents and databasesEnsure timely identification and reporting of adverse events (AEs) and product complaints (PCs) in line with ANZ safety requirementsSupport internal and external audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesWork collaboratively with other business units to enhance service offerings and drive efficienciesContribute to business development and client retention by identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and supporting proposal developmentPlay a key role in operational excellence through process optimization, performance tracking, and quality management activities
π― What You BringBachelor of Pharmacy or relevant scientific qualificationMinimum 5+ years Medical Information experience, including supervisory responsibilitiesStrong scientific evaluation and communication skills Knowledge of MI systems, QMS, and Australian/NZ safety reporting requirements Excellent project management, problem-solving, and people leadership capabilitiesConsulting experience a plus
