Administration Assistant

The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising this opportunity on behalf of Kew Neighbourhood Learning Centre.

We are seeking someone who can:

- Assist with reception duties, including answering phone calls and greeting visitors
- Help with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
- Support with course enrolments and member enquiries
- Assist with preparing materials for classes, programs and events
- Provide general support to staff as needed
- Offer guidance and support to work experience students placed at the Centre, where opportunities arise

We are hoping to find volunteers with any of the following skills/experience/interests:

- General office administration
- Computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft Office, email, basic data systems)
- Customer service or reception experience
- Organisational and time-management skills
- Experience working with or mentoring young people (an asset, not essential)
- Current/previous connection with Kew Neighbourhood Learning Centre
