Internal Sales / Customer Service

Bellevue, Perth WA | Full Time

MEGAFIX is a fast-growing WA family-owned supplier of fasteners, fixings and industrial products to the mining and infrastructure market.

We are looking for another high-performing Internal Sales team member.

This is a busy role. Customers need answers quickly, quotes need to go out fast, orders need to be right, and things need to get followed through.

We aren't looking for someone who needs to be constantly pushed.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Hungry – wants to achieve, improve and contribute.

• Humble – no ego, willing to learn and happy to help the team.

• Smart – good with people, reads situations well and uses common sense.

• Urgent – understands that customers shouldn't have to chase us.

What you'll do

You'll spend your day:

• Responding to customer enquiries

• Preparing quotes quickly and accurately

• Processing sales orders

• Following up quotes and opportunities

• Speaking with existing customers and building relationships

• Solving problems and finding alternatives

• Keeping customer and ERP information accurate

• Working closely with purchasing, warehouse and our sales team

• Building strong product knowledge

We can teach product.
