About the role
Transdev Queensland is currently seeking a full-time Apprentice Spray Painter Body Repairer to join our Asset Maintenance team at our bus depot located in Capalaba. Capalaba is a suburb located in the Redland City area, about 20-25 km east-southeast of the Brisbane CBD with a typical travel time of around 35 minutes by car.
In this role you will be learning to assist in the repair, preparation and refinishing of buses under the guidance of qualified tradespeople. The role provides hands-on training in vehicle body repair, surface preparation, spray painting, and finishing techniques while working towards a nationally recognised trade qualification - Certificate III in Automotive Manufacturing Technical Operations - Bus, Truck and Trailer.
