About the Role We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Business Analyst to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to be responsible for bridging business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, technically feasible, and aligned with organisational objectives.
Your day to day will consist of: Elicit, analyse, and document technical requirements, working closely with stakeholders, developers, and project teams.Collaborate with technical teams to develop and propose solutions that align with business needs and technical feasibility.Work with business and technical owners to identify areas for process improvement and facilitate workshops to design new processes.Create clear and detailed technical documentation, user stories, and system specifications. Ensure quality and accuracy of technical and functional requirements.Assess proposed solutions for technical feasibility, alignment with business requirements, and potential challenges, ability to contribute to code, to investigate issues across systems, logs, and integrations, and comfortable working closely with developers to resolve complex problems.Analyse and map data across systems, ensuring quality and consistency while providing recommendations for improving data quality.

What makes you perfect for the role? To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent workplace experience.Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in IT-related projects.Must have experience as Technical BA in an Australian University and/or College associated to an Australian universityDemonstrated experience in gathering technical requirements, creating technical documentation, and working with development teams.Certified Practitioner in Business Analysis (IIBA, PMI, or APMG)Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, LEAN, and ADKAR methodologies.The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.A commitment to diversity, inclusion, and providing an outstanding student
