About the Role – Personal Carers (Casual)
We are currently looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Personal Carers to join our growing team. This is a casual opportunity with the potential to become permanent part-time. We are offering casual Overnight shifts and occasional afternoon shifts.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Supporting residents with daily personal care routines
Offering companionship and emotional support
Monitoring and documenting any changes in residents' physical or emotional wellbeing
Creating a safe, nurturing, and home-like environment
Working closely with the care team to implement personalised care plans
What You'll Bring:
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent)
No minimum aged care experience required as we welcome candidates who are passionate about delivering person-centred care
Excellent communication and time management skills
A kind, empathetic, and respectful approach to resident care
Permanent Australian work rights
Current National Police Check
COVID-19 vaccination certificate
