About the role
We are seeking a Junior Admin to join our team on a full time basis at our North Brisbane office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch or develop their career in administration. You will provide essential administrative support to our business operations, working closely with various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day functions. This role is pivotal in maintaining organisational efficiency and supporting our team to deliver outstanding results to our clients.
Key responsibilities
Manage general administrative tasks including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
Maintain accurate records, files, and databases to support business operations
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
Prepare and process administrative documents, including invoices, quotes, and reports
Support various departments with data entry, filing, and information management
Assist with organising and coordinating meetings, events, and training sessions
Help maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
Provide general clerical support and undertake ad hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
Secondary education or equivalent qualification
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, or recent graduate with relevant studies
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and with a positive attitude towards learning and development
Familiarity with basic accounting software or database management (desirable)
