Weekend Front of House Manager

We’re looking for an experienced, energetic and customer-focused Front of House Manager to lead our team on weekends.

This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay$35–$45 per hour (depending on experience), plus weekend penalty rates and superannuation.

About the Role

• Lead and supervise the front of house team during busy weekend shifts.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Prepare high-quality barista coffee.
• Open and close the venue when required.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety.
• Work closely with the kitchen to ensure efficient service.
• Train, motivate and support team members while leading by example.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience as a Front of House Manager or Supervisor.
• Confident barista with experience making quality coffee.
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Reliable, professional and well presented.

Availability

Weekend availability is essential. You must be available to work both Saturdays and Sundays. Additional weekday shifts may be available for the right candidate.
