We're looking for a hands-on leader who can walk onto our warehouse floor, quickly understand what's happening, and communicate clearly with a talented team of florists, suppliers and drivers — each day. If you're someone who picks up new environments, is organised and a great communicator - this role is for you!

Roses Only has delivered flowers across Australia since 2007. As the Warehouse Manager, you'll run the Camden Park site day-to-day and join our 16 other Roses Only Warehouse Managers nationally.

What you'll be doing:

• Running daily floor operations — production, packing, dispatch — and keeping the team focused and moving

• Communicating constantly: with your team on the floor, with couriers, with other teams for KPIs and stock management

• Managing rosters, staff performance, and training in a fast-paced environment

• Owning quality control and coolroom/stock standards

• Planning for major event periods (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas) for your Warehouse

• Staying on top of WHS/safety compliance

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years managing people in a hands-on operational environment (retail, warehouse, hospitality, production — floral experience isn't required)

• Strong and clear communicator who can give direction and take feedback well and provide it

• Fast learner — comfortable picking up new systems, processes, and a fast-moving environment without much hand-holding

• Calm under pressure; can problem-solve on the fly

• You'll be based on the warehouse floor assisting with production, sundry management and warehouse organisation
