Retail Sales Person

Poolwerx Surfers Paradise is one of the Gold Coast's largest pool retail and service businesses with mobile servicing territories encompassing Byron Bay through to Southport, right along the coastal strip of the Gold Coast and Tweed Coast. We have three retail stores; Robina, Benowa, and Elanora. 

• We are looking for the ‘right person' to fill a full-time position, as a Retail Sales person.

• The position is based at the Robina store. 

• There is a strong career path available for the right candidate with this well established and expanding business.

• The position includes a Saturday Shift 8:30-2pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Testing pool water and providing advice on chemical balance

• Retail sales of chemicals, and equipment

• Answering phone calls, taking payment, and booking service visits

• Maintain stock levels an ensure orders are place on time

• Accurately preparing and sending invoices to our mobile service clients

Skills and Experience

Experience in the pool industry will be viewed favourably but is not essential.

A successful candidate will be considered based on the following criteria:

• enjoy helping others

• have prior experience is an administration role

• have prior experience is a retail sales role

• able to independently solve problems 

• reliable and can work unsupervised
