Our client is a boutique Melbourne law firm with a broad practice spanning Corporate, Litigation, Wills & Estates, and Property Law. They act for both corporate and private clients and are committed to building long-term relationships by becoming trusted advisors. The firm offers a collaborative, close-knit environment with a strong client focus and a culture of continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will enjoy a mix of litigation, advisory and transactional work across a diverse range of practice areas, with significant client contact. You'll have day-to-day responsibility for managing your own matters while working closely with the Principal and senior lawyers. There is also the opportunity to develop expertise in your preferred area of law.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
2-4 years' post-admission experience in Litigation, Property, Wills & Estates, and/or Corporate Law.Developing technical knowledge in at least one of these practice areas, with a genuine interest in expanding your expertise across others.A passion for building long-term client relationships.The ability to build rapport quickly, work autonomously, and collaborate effectively within a team.A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.Excellent communication, critical thinking, and matter management skills.Strong attention to the financial disciplines essential for a successful legal practice.
Applicants must have the right to work in Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current Victorian practising certificate.
