As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Service Manager to lead our Service Department and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and strong operational performance.

About the Role

Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Service Department while ensuring exceptional customer outcomes and strong business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy workshop.
• Drive workshop productivity, efficiency and profitability.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of technicians and service team members.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from booking through to vehicle handover.
• Work closely with the Parts Department to maintain efficient workflow and turnaround times.
• Monitor departmental KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and the broader riding community.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards and manufacturer requirements.

About You

You are a proven leader who understands that successful service departments are built on customer relationships, strong team culture and operational excellence.

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Previous experience as a Service Manager, Workshop Controller, Service Advisor or similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.
• A customer-first mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of automotive or motorcycle service operations.
• The ability to analyse performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• A genuine passion for motorcycles and the riding lifestyle.
