Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end on-site operations for a major $60m commercial construction build.
- Drive site programming, trade scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
- Enforce rigorous site safety, environmental standards, and quality management protocols.
- Coordinate major sub-contractor packages, site engineers, and supervisory site staff.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and client representatives to resolve technical RFIs and variations.
What You'll Bring: - Proven track record as a lead Site Manager on commercial projects valued at $40m+.
- Deep experience working with mid-tier or Tier 2 commercial building contractors.
- Advanced knowledge of WA building codes, structural works, and large-scale site logistics.
- Outstanding leadership, contract awareness, and trade management capabilities.
- Tertiary credentials in Construction Management or relevant trade background (carpentry preferred).
