This customer-facing role positions you as a subject matter expert supporting sales, marketing, and clinical teams. Ideal for an experienced Radiographer or Modality Lead looking to transition into a corporate career.

Your role:

Develop and deliver marketing materials, customer presentations, and tender responsesAct as the subject matter expert, educating internal teams and customers on product benefitsSupport sales activities through product demonstrations (virtual and in-person)Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on promotional activitiesProvide expert clinical/application support, including troubleshooting complex issuesSupport new product launches and contribute to product improvement feedbackDevelop case studies, imaging content, and demonstration portfoliosCollaborate with teams to support tenders, marketing strategies, and clinical adoptionMentor and upskill team members while maintaining advanced clinical expertise

About you:

Degree qualified in medical imaging or similarClinical experience in Cardiology, Interventional, Angiography and SurgeryStrong knowledge of angiography systems, cardiac catheter labs, and haemodynamic monitoringExcellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving ability with a customer-focused mindsetAbility to travel regularly across Australia and New Zealand
