PRACTICE MANAGER, Permanent Part-Time

I am a GERIATRICIAN & GENERAL PHYSICIAN in private practice and provide out-patient Geriatric Medicine Clinical reviews in my various clinics in Sydney Metropolitan Area. I also review patients in many aged care residential facilities in Sydney Metropolitan Area and two RACF at Port Augusta in South Australia.

As PRACTICE MANAGER, job description includes taking down all the phone/Written/E-mailed referrals from General Practitioners or patient's relatives or patients and organising each to be reviewed at the earliest in the nearest clinic to patient's location.

Given it is not bulk-billing practice, so billing patients privately at all these locations.

Liaising with Administrative Staff of various GP Clinics to finalise the list for each clinic.

Liaising with Medical Representatives of various Pharmaceutical companies.

Organising ZOOM Meetings for clinical review of Port Augusta patients and presentations for overseas tertiary teaching institutions.
