Now Hiring: Foreperson/Site Supervisor

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Foreperson / Site Supervisor to join our Perth team on a full-time basis.

The Role

• Supervise residential apartment and commercial projects

• Supervise and coordinate trades and subcontractors

• Oversee set-out, drywall framing, fixing, flushing and external cladding works

• Manage daily site activities, programme, quality, and safety

• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site requirements

• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard

• Maintain a safe, organised, and productive site

What You’ll Need

• Previous experience as a Foreperson, Site Supervisor, or Leading Hand

• Experience in drywall framing, fixing, flushing and cladding

• Residential apartment and commercial construction experience

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Good understanding of construction, quality, and safety requirements

• Reliable, proactive, and hands-on approach
