RECEPTIONIST (female*) – massage venue

Camperdown, NSW | 1–4 shifts per week | Day & night shifts

GIOXLE is seeking a friendly, confident and highly reliable part-time receptionist to join our established massage venue in Camperdown, NSW.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play an important role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the venue throughout your shift.

This is a varied and largely autonomous position that would suit someone who enjoys dealing with people, is well organised and dependable, and appreciates a friendly, relaxed and professional working environment.

• Greeting and welcoming clients in a warm, friendly and professional manner

• Handling telephone and in-person enquiries

• Managing appointments and walk-in clients

• Coordinating clients and masseuses to help keep the venue running smoothly

• Processing cash and electronic payments accurately

• Completing routine reception and administrative tasks

• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised reception area

• Handling client and staff matters with appropriate discretion and confidentiality

• Providing consistently excellent customer service

More than anything, we're looking for someone who is reliable, personable, organised and comfortable taking responsibility for their shift.

You'll ideally be:

• Exceptionally reliable and punctual

• Friendly, confident and professional

• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

• Well organised, with good time-management skills and attention to detail

• Mature, discreet and trustworthy

• Non-judgemental and open-minded

• Comfortable dealing with people from a wide variety of backgrounds

• Able to work confidently and independently while also being part of a team

• Comfortable handling cash and electronic payments

• Confident using a computer and able to quickly learn our straightforward systems and procedures

• Female and over 18 years of age*

• Able to maintain regular availability throughout school-holiday periods – highly regarded

Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality or another client-facing role will be highly regarded.

However, reliability, common sense, confidence and excellent people skills are every bit as important to us as previous reception experience.

Comprehensive training in our systems and procedures is provided.

We offer regular 8-hour reception shifts:

Day shift: 9:30 am–5:15 pm
Night shift: 4:45 pm–1:00 am

Depending on your availability and our roster requirements, approximately 1–4 shifts per week are available.

We're happy to consider applicants seeking only a small number of regular shifts as well as those looking for greater availability.
