Automotive Spray Painter / Apprentice / Painter Labourer

We are a busy and well-established smash repairs workshop based in Wyong, NSW, and we’re looking to expand our team. We’re seeking a skilled Automotive Spray Painter, a 3rd or 4th year Apprentice, or a motivated Painter Labourer / Trade Assistant to join us.

You will assist with or be responsible for preparing, refinishing, and painting vehicles to a high standard, ensuring all work meets industry and customer expectations.

• Vehicle preparation including sanding, masking, and priming, painting

• Buffing and finishing to a high-quality standard

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

• Assisting tradesmen where required (for labourers/juniors)

• Working efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising quality

• 3rd or 4th year apprentice, qualified spray painter OR motivated labourer keen to learn

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, punctual, and committed

• A genuine interest in the automotive repair industry
