To strengthen our team, and in pursuit of new business opportunities, we are seeking an experienced Proposals Coordinator for our Renewable Energy Business Unit in Sydney.
About the Role
Coordinate end-to-end delivery of assigned tenders, EOIs and prequalification’s in consultation with the Proposals Lead.Develop and manage submission action plans, schedules and contributor inputs.Write, edit and integrate high-quality, client-focused responses aligned to submission strategy.Maintain and improve the tender content library, ensuring documentation is current, accurate and reusable.Review and uplift draft content to ensure consistency, clarity and alignment to win strategy.Capture and contribute lessons learned and feedback from submissions.Manage submission document control, registers, addendums and clarifications for assigned bids.
About You
Minimum 5 years’ experience in proposal coordination and delivery within construction, engineering, infrastructure or professional services environments.Demonstrated experience coordinating medium to large tenders, EOIs and prequalifications.Nationally Australian recognised tertiary qualifications in Communications, Estimating, Marketing or equivalentAdvanced proposal writing, editing and content integration capability aligned to submission strategy and evaluation criteria.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word (styles, long documents), PowerPoint and Excel for proposal development and coordination.Advanced experience using Adobe InDesign and Acrobat to design and format professional, submission‑ready documents.Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members in a proposals or documentation environment.Ability to manage submission document control, addendums, clarifications and compliance tracking.
