About the Company

All Aid First Aid (AAFA) is an innovative First Aid and Emergency Response training organisation delivering specialised courses for clients based in Sydney and regional New South Wales.

We provide a friendly, flexible working environment and are looking for Casual Trainers. We offer our unique training programs to a diverse range of clients. Our clients primarily include schools in the Sydney area.

Our top priority is to inspire confidence and build knowledge through meaningful training experiences, we don't just "tick the boxes".

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

1. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40116/TAE40122 (attained or 50% completion)

2. Statement of Attainment in Provide First Aid (HLTAID011) as a minimum

3. Current NSW Working With Children Check

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

• Health or Emergency Services qualifications

• Secondary Teaching qualifications

• Wilderness First Aid, Combat First Aider (Army) or SMET (Navy)

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

• Experience in a health, emergency services or first responder role

• Experience in outdoor education or a military medical support

• Experience in a workplace trainer role

• Current study in Healthcare or Emergency Services

SKILLS

• Deliver a training program in an engaging and dynamic manner whilst maintaining a positive learning environment. Willing to use experiential learning techniques.

• Deliver vocational training and assessment programs under the auspice of a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) where qualifications are issued under the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) system

• Deliver training programs to a diverse range of learners, including secondary school students, teachers, education professionals and school support personnel.
