MSP IT Service Desk - Level 1/2

We are a growing MSP with a unique offering. We're seeking an experienced and motivated person with experience working in Managed Services.

The role is based in Penrith, someone local to the area is preferable for the ease of office location. However at home is possible at times.

Australian work authorization is required as visa sponsorship is not available.

Skills in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, hardware, servers, and prior knowledge and experience in with troubleshooting general IT related problems.

Previous Service Desk experience will be highly regarded.

Someone who takes pride in the work that they do is very important. We focus heavily on customer satisfaction.

We believe having someone who has a great personality fit with the staff presently at the company is as important as the skills you bring with you. An attitude to learn and strong communication skills are a must.

There will be on-call after hours rosters which will require the phone to be answered, escalated to senior staff thereafter. There is additional allowances for the roster.

Drivers license & ability to drive a manual vehicle is good, but not mandatory. A company vehicle may be supplied to the right candidate for this role, that includes a fuel card.

Experience with the following is preferred, however not mandatory:

• Microsoft 365* (mandatory)

• Minimum 1+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience is required.

• GSuite / Google Workspace

• Networking, Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, UniFi (Fortinet is preferred)

• Wi-Fi Understanding

• VMWare and Hyper-V

• Security Products (CCTV and access control)

• Structured Data cabling

• Mikrotik

• Yealink

• 3CX

Training will be provided to the above candidate, knowledge and willing to learn more is essential.
