Townsville Hospital and Health Service are seeking an Executive Support Officer to join the Women's and Children's Service Groupon a fixed term temporary part-time basis.
Provide high-level executive and secretarial support to specialty teams within the Women's and Children's Service Group.

The Women's and Children's Service Group delivers coordinated health services across Townsville Hospital and Health Service (HHS), suporting a diverse range of patients and communities. Services span paediatrics, women's and children's health, obstetrics and gynaecology, oral health and community-based care.

About your opportunity:
Join the Women's and Children's Service Group as an Executive Support Officer and provide high-level confidential secretarial and executive support across its specialty teams. Working with consultants and medical directors, you'll use your organisational and communication skills to coordinate priorities, build relationships and contribute to the smooth delivery of administrative services across the service group.
