Aussie Natural Spring Water is one of Western Australia's most trusted premium bottled water brands. Based in Wangara, we produce and distribute our 15 litre, 12 litre spring water products, along with our packaged water range, across the Perth metro area and regional WA.

As a proud WA owned business, we continue to experience strong and sustained growth and are seeking a friendly, confident and detail focused individual to join our customer service and administration team.

🚀 The Opportunity

Our Customer Service / Administration role is fast paced and will suit someone with a customer service and general admin background.  Experience in CRM’s / computer program's is essential.  As a guide the role has a focus on:

• Actively communicating with our diverse customer base, both inbound and outbound calls and emails

• Being able to roll from one call or email to another, without losing focus.

• Problem solving / working towards a resolution that meets customer expectations.

• Ultimately, providing phenomenal customer service.

The role works closely with our distribution, administration and internal sales teams and is involved in a number of areas including answering customer queries, processing customer orders (taken over the phone or via email), logistics (confirming customer deliveries) and assisting with generation of management reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering customer service calls, or redirecting if not customer service related inbound calls, and customer email management. 

• Resolve any conflicts to achieve a “win/win” solution by balancing the needs of the customer and the needs of the business. 

• Accurately process customer orders, ensuring optimum service levels are achieved.

• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to optimise service and sales opportunities.

• Operation and maintenance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

• Data entry and administrative tasks.

• Work as part of a small team, in a open office environment.

• Adherence to Company policies and procedures.

👤 About You

• Previous customer service / sales experience.

• Good computer literacy and exposure to different platforms and programs.  

• Great time management skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• The drive to work unsupervised and within in a small team.

• Positive can-do attitude and energy.

• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
