We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Assurance Officer to join our Risk Assurance team on a full time/ongoing basis.
About the RoleReporting to the Risk Assurance Leader, this role plays a critical part in supporting HomeStart's commitment to strong risk management, compliance and customer outcomes. The Quality Assurance Officer partners with operational teams across the business to develop and deliver quality assurance activities, identify emerging risks and opportunities for improvement, and promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
Undertaking quality assurance activities across digital, direct and third party channels and across the full customer journey.
Identifying issues, trends and themes and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Sharing findings and recommendations with operational leaders and business stakeholders.
Supporting the development and continuous improvement of quality assurance methodologies and plans.
Partnering with business teams to strengthen risk-based quality assurance practices.
Providing guidance and support to leaders and employees to improve understanding of compliance obligations and responsibilities.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer and business outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Experience in audit, quality assurance and/or control testing within a Line 1 or Line 2 environment.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
Experience building effective relationships and engaging with internal stakeholders.
