Medical Receptionist

Are you an organised, friendly, and professional receptionist who enjoys helping people? Medisport Clinic is looking for a warm and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our team. We're open to applicants seeking full-time employment.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience while supporting our practitioners and keeping the clinic running smoothly.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service.

• Answering phone calls, responding to enquiries, and scheduling appointments.

• Managing patient records and processing payments using medical practice software Cliniko.

• Liaising with doctors, allied health professionals, and other healthcare providers.

• General administrative and reception duties to support the day-to-day operation of the clinic.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Is organised, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment.

• Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.

• Has strong computer and administrative skills.

• Has previous reception or customer service experience (medical reception experience is highly regarded but not essential).

• Demonstrates empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

• Can handle fast-paced administrative duties with precision

• Preferred previous experience with Cliniko or medical practice software.
