This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about startups, technology, innovation, and identifying high-growth investment opportunities.🎯 Key Responsibilities• Source and evaluate early-stage, growth-stage, and technology-driven investment opportunities.• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive landscape assessments.• Analyze startup business models, financial performance, growth potential, and competitive positioning.• Conduct preliminary screening and evaluation of prospective investment opportunities.• Support comprehensive due diligence processes, including financial, commercial, market, and operational analysis.• Build financial models, forecasts, valuation analyses, and investment scenarios.• Develop investment theses and assess key risks and growth opportunities.• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and supporting materials for investment committee review.• Conduct research on emerging industries, technologies, business models, and market trends.• Participate in founder meetings, management discussions, and startup evaluation sessions.• Monitor portfolio companies and track key financial and operational performance indicators.• Support deal execution, transaction documentation, and investment closing processes.• Maintain and update the investment pipeline, CRM systems, and deal databases.• Assist with portfolio reporting, investor updates, fundraising activities, and LP communications.• Collaborate with Partners, Principals, Associates, founders, advisors, and other investment professionals.✅ Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.• Experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, startups, or financial analysis is an advantage.• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, business models, and investment analysis.• Strong analytical, quantitative, research, and critical-thinking skills.• Ability to evaluate companies, markets, and investment opportunities using both qualitative and quantitative information.• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader investment team.• Strong interest in startups, technology, innovation, entrepreneurship, and emerging markets.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly competitive, and intellectually challenging environment.• CFA, ACCA, CA, or other relevant professional qualifications are an advantage but not required.🌟 What We Offer• Direct exposure to venture capital investments and startup ecosystems.• Opportunities to work closely with founders, entrepreneurs, and high-growth companies.• Hands-on experience across sourcing, due diligence, valuation, deal execution, and portfolio management.• Career progression into Venture Capital Associate, Investment Manager, Principal, or Partner roles.• Training, mentorship, and exposure to senior investment professionals.• Opportunities to develop strong investment, financial, and commercial skills.• Dynamic, entrepreneurial, and intellectually challenging working environment.• Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives.
