We're thrilled to announce the exciting restaurant in Bondi Beach, LULU located on Hall Street is looking for more chefs. This establishment is the brainchild of the founders of Raw Bar Bondi, Harry’s Bondi, and RND Bondi - so you can expect a truly exceptional dining experience that's sure to become a local favorite.

An exciting new opportunity for an Experienced Sushi Chef and Hot Section Chef to join our Bondi Beach sushi bar on a full-time basis starting immediately.

Your daily duties will include all aspects of a Chef role.

To be a successful candidate for this role, it is essential that you:

• Are an experienced fully qualified sushi chef

• Are an experienced fully qualified hot section chef

• Have 2 yrs experience in sushi, sashimi, Japanese cuisine or hot section experience

• Hot service experience also necessary

• Monitoring food cost;

• Receiving goods from suppliers, ensure all receiving of goods protocol are met in accordance to Company policy;

• Enforcing food safety and hygiene regulations;

• Assist in training kitchen staff;

• Collaborate with front of house staff;

• Ensure storing of food complies to food safety standards, labeling of all food in storage;

In return for your services we are offering:

• Flexible working hours

• $60-80,000 pa plus Super

Remuneration is negotiable by experience and will be discussed with you upon your successful application.
