What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the team with energy, kindness and a hands-on attitude.

• Creating a magical in-store experience for families, kids, and of course those curious grownups needing a special gift or even something for themselves!

• Keeping the store looking its best – bright, tidy and bursting with creativity.

• Merchandising and store presentation.

• Supporting the team development and training.

• Meeting basic targets (without losing the fun in the process)

What you’ll bring:

• Previous retail management experience is preferred – bonus points if it’s in toys, gift, or speciality retail.

• A love for children’s products, learning through play and excellent customer service.

• A TEAM first mindset and a warm approachable leadership style.

• Flexible to work weekends and busy holiday periods (our busiest trading time)
