About the Role
South East Leisure (SEL) is seeking a strategic and people-focused leader to join our team as Manager, People and Capability.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is responsible for leading SEL's people, workforce planning and organisational capability agenda. The position plays a critical role in ensuring we have the workforce capability, systems, policies, required to deliver our strategic and operational objectives.
Partnering with leaders across the organisation, you will provide expert advice and leadership across workforce planning, employee relations, industrial relations, leadership capability, organisational culture, workforce analytics and people governance.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced People & Culture professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery and wants to make a lasting impact on both people and organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities
About You
You are an experienced and capable Human Resources professional and leader who is a looking for the opportunity to be part of something exciting. You combine strategic thinking with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organisation. Experience within the sport, leisure and/or recreation industry would be advatageous, but is not essential.
