Senior Sales Consultant – Premium Mattresses & Furniture

This is a genuine consultative sales role where you'll build lasting customer relationships, provide expert advice and help customers make confident purchasing decisions. We believe great salespeople listen first, understand their customers' needs and recommend the right solution—not simply make a sale.

We're looking for someone with a proven history of achieving outstanding sales results and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience in mattresses or furniture is highly regarded, however exceptional sales professionals from other industries are encouraged to apply.

The successful applicant will enjoy an excellent base salary, generous uncapped commission, achievable monthly bonuses and ongoing product training. This position is advertised as part-time (approximately 3–4 days per week), with the flexibility to discuss additional hours or a full-time role for an exceptional candidate.

Weekend availability is essential. The successful applicant will work as part of a flexible roster, which may include one weekend day or both if applicant prefers.
