Business Development Manager – Aged Care - Part Time

Our Physio Co is seeking an experienced aged care professional to join our team in a part-time Business Development role.

This could be an ideal opportunity for someone who has worked in residential or community aged care and understands how providers operate, but is ready for a change from day-to-day facility, clinical or operational responsibilities.

Our Physio Co has been supporting aged care providers for more than 13 years, delivering physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry and dietetics across residential and community settings.

The Role

This is a relationship-focused role aimed at building new partnerships and expanding existing ones across the aged care sector.

You will:

• Develop relationships with residential and community aged care providers
• Identify new service and partnership opportunities
• Connect with executives, procurement teams, facility managers and clinical leaders
• Introduce Our Physio Co's allied health capabilities
• Follow up potential opportunities, tenders and service requirements
• Support expansion across existing provider groups and new locations
• Represent Our Physio Co at meetings, industry events and networking opportunities
• Work closely with management to develop practical growth opportunities

This is not a high-pressure sales role. Success will come from understanding aged care, building trusted relationships and identifying areas where Our Physio Co can genuinely help providers.

About You

You may currently—or previously—have worked as a:

• Facility Manager
• Care Manager
• Regional or Operations Manager
• Allied Health professional
• Clinical Manager
• Aged Care Executive
• Procurement or Partnerships professional
• Community or Support at Home professional

You don't necessarily need previous business development experience.

What matters most is that you understand the aged care sector, communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and enjoy developing professional relationships.
