ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking a motivated Assistant Showroom Manager to support our showroom operations. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills while contributing to business growth in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

You'll support showroom operations, assist with sales performance, and help develop team members while delivering exceptional customer experiences that build long-term client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support showroom operations and maintain exceptional customer service standards
• Assist with sales strategies and contribute to achieving revenue targets
• Help mentor team members and support their performance development
• Process orders and manage client inquiries through NetSuite accurately
• Assist with showroom presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management
• Support coordination with logistics and warehouse teams
• Help track client interactions and contribute to customer insights

ABOUT YOU

• Retail or customer service experience with leadership potential
• Strong communication and sales skills with desire to develop management abilities
• Passion for exceptional customer service and design/furniture interest
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Proactive, collaborative approach with eagerness to learn
• Available to work weekends with flexible scheduling
• Keen eye for detail and brand presentation standards

Desirable:

• Experience in furniture or homewares industry
