About the role:
As a Parts Interpreter, you'll be the first point of contact for our trade, industrial and mining customers. You'll learn how to:

• Interpret and identify automotive parts
• Process customer orders
• Dispatch parts efficiently
• Promote current specials
• Arrange buy-ins
• Process customer credits
• Provide solutions and problem-solve for customers
• Deliver exceptional service both in-person and over the phone
• Contribute to a strong safety-first culture - because we make it safe & make it home

Note: This role involves lifting, bending and climbing as part of daily tasks.

Duties include:

• Interpret parts
• Process customer orders
• Efficiently dispatch products and parts
• Promote specials
• Arrange buy ins
• Process customer credits
• First point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)
• Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home

Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
