We are seeking passionate and qualified Certificate III and Diploma Educators to join our team and help provide the best early learning experiences for children.

Position Overview:
As a Certificate III or Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator, you will assist in creating a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for children. You will collaborate with lead educators to implement Montessori-based educational programs and support children's development across all areas—social, emotional, physical, and cognitive. Montessori knowledge and qualifications are not mandatory, as you will receive mentorship and training to gain Montessori knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in delivering high-quality educational programs based on Montessori principles and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
Support children's daily routines and ensure their individual needs are met.
Assist in planning and documenting children’s learning and development.
Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and child safety regulations.
Collaborate with other educators to maintain a positive team culture.
Qualifications and Skills:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
Experience working in an early childhood setting is preferred.
A strong understanding of child development and early learning frameworks.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid Certification.
RRHAN-EC Certification (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse, and Neglect – Education and Care - mandatory).
