About the role
Join DTMT Construction as a Project Manager and play a key role in overseeing construction projects from start to finish. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects within the construction industry. This full-time position for upcoming remote projects within Western Australia.
What you'll be doing
Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
Oversee and coordinate the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
Provide regular progress updates to senior management and clients
Drive and lead company HSE culture
Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
Civil Engineering Degree Favourable
Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, schedule, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Commerical acumen and experience dealing with construction contracts
Experience on large scale civil concrete packages with a self execution model
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Relevant degree or qualifications in project management, construction management, or a related field
