About the RoleLead West Arnhem Regional Council's Business & Commercial Services portfolio in Jabiru, NT. Drive commercial performance, oversee contracts and funding, and mentor a multidisciplinary team — all while reporting directly to the Director of Technical Services.
DutiesLead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary teamStrengthen commercial performance across Council's portfolioIdentify opportunities to improve systems and service deliveryDrive business development and new funding opportunitiesProvide commercial insights that inform Executive decisions
Skills & ExperienceTertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or Management (or equivalent leadership experience)Demonstrated leadership of commercial, contracts or business service functionsStrong financial management, budgeting and reporting skillsExperience leading multidisciplinary teamsCurrent C Class driver's licence
