Senior Accountant

Due to business expansion, we’re looking for a talented Accountant/ Senior Accountant to join our vibrant team. With extensive experience in accounting and a hands on approach to management accounting, you will help with day to day operations and report directly to Finance Director. You will be asked to apply your significant financial management skills to a broad spectrum of activities.  This will include: 

• Month end, finance, stock management, reporting, tax, and audit matters.

• Daily operation and management on financial function including AP, AR, and overseeing the payroll function.  

• Providing the management with accurate, timely information, data analysis and reports to ensure the group’s performance, future strategic business, operational planning and activities meet corporate goals.

• Group Accounting, Business Consolidation

• Providing input and advice on finance and accounting matters, finance and management reporting, as well as improving internal processes, policies and procedures.

• Budgets and forecasts. 

• Assisting in capital market activities. 

• Ad hoc requests as required.

What you will bring to the team: 

• University degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting

• CPA or CA qualified preferred, or currently completing

• Proficient in MS Excel & Outlook, MYOB or Xero or similar software

• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience in firm or corporate 

• Sound experience working within a management accounting environment, preferably manufacturing, agriculture, FMCG industry, is much appreciated. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills – highly demonstrated numerical and verbal reasoning skills

• Ability to work autonomously

• Drive, tenacity, innovation(creative) and “can-do” attitude

• Experience in capital market is appreciated but not necessary 

• Multi language is preferred
