Seasonal Customer Care Team Member

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Seasonal Customer Care Team Member to join our team during the busy peak trading period.
 
As a key member of our Customer Care team, you'll support customers throughout their shopping journey across phone, email, live chat and social media, helping to resolve enquiries and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
 
Please note: this is an approx. 5-6 month fixed-term contract until the end of January 2027.
 
THE ROLE:

• Respond to customer enquiries across email, live chat, social media, messaging and phone.
• Assist customers throughout the purchase journey, from product enquiries through to orders, deliveries, returns and follow-up.
• Investigate and resolve customer enquiries efficiently, professionally and with a customer-first approach.
• Build genuine relationships with customers through friendly, empathetic and engaging communication.
• Provide accurate and timely information while following company policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and support sales through strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
• Escalate and follow up customer enquiries when required, ensuring matters are resolved within agreed timeframes.
• Stay up to date with products, collections, promotions and seasonal launches across our brands.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment and assist with additional operational tasks as required.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Previous experience in customer service, customer care or retail.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your tone across different channels and brands.
• Strong empathy and the ability to handle customer enquiries with patience, understanding and professionalism.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence communicating with customers across phone, email, live chat and social media.
• A sales-focused mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities to recommend products and enhance the customer experience.
• Adaptability, initiative and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Confidence learning and navigating new systems and technology quickly.
