About the role
The Access Programs Convenor leads the development and delivery of programs and resources that actively support access and inclusion - at the Gallery, online and through outreach initiatives. Programs include Art and Dementia, Art by Description, Art for Wellbeing, Art with Auslan, as well as sensory friendly programming. The Access Programs Convenor works collaboratively with consultants with lived-experience, Artist Educators and volunteers to develop meaningful programs and resources informed by the National Gallery's Creative Learning Approach.
