Masscon is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Construction Management Cadet to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the construction industry while gaining hands-on experience across a range of commercial and residential projects.
Working alongside experienced project teams, you will develop practical skills in project delivery, site coordination, contract administration, and construction management while continuing to build on your academic knowledge.
Assist the project management, commercial management and design management teams with the day-to-day management of construction projects.
Provide site administration support, including document control, filing, and maintaining accurate project records.
Assist with organising project meetings, preparing minutes, and distributing documentation to relevant stakeholders.
Support project teams with consultants, subcontractor and supplier coordination, including follow-ups and record keeping.
Assist in maintaining compliance documentation, permits, and approvals.
Perform general project administration and other duties as required.
Learn and apply Masscon’s construction systems, processes, and best-practice procedures.
· Full Australian working rights.
· Completed a minimum of two years of study in Construction Management or Engineering.
· A willingness to commit to a minimum of four days per week.
· Eager to learn, proactive, and willing to contribute to a dynamic site environment.
· Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
· A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work well within a team.
· A valid driver's licence (preferred).
