What We’re Looking For

• Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a high-end retail environment

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury or high-end retail sales

• Exceptional communication skills and confidence with clientele

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team

• A genuine passion for jewellery, with a creative flair for styling and presentation

• Previous experience in luxury goods sales (highly regarded)

• Flexibility to work across a seven-day roster, including weekends

• Leadership potential and a strong desire for career growth
